Kelly Eichelberger
Owner/Therapist
Kelly is a Board-Certified Occupational Therapist who believes in providing holistic therapies to meet client’s goals. Kelly graduated with honors from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She went on to work in the homecare field in a marketing capacity and discovered a desire to help people become more independent in all aspects of life. Kelly obtained her Master’s in Occupational Therapy with Honors from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos. Working in the acute care field and in home health provided Kelly with the training and skills required to address severe neurological deficits and provide practical solutions in a spectrum of environments. Kelly specializes in visual rehabilitation, stroke interventions and Parkinson’s treatments. Kelly has lived in Huntsville for five years and is proud to call Northern Alabama home. Kelly lives with her husband and two dogs. Kelly enjoys being outdoors whenever possible and braving the occasional triathlon.

Kelley Pacillo
Owner/Therapist
Kelley is a Board-Certified Occupational Therapist practicing in Alabama and Tennessee since 2015. Kelley received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Alabama. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Executive Certification in Home Modification from the University of Southern California. Kelley has vast experience working in different settings including acute care, home health, and outpatient orthopedics. Through experience in these settings, a desire blossomed to provide a more personal approach to therapy. Kelley believes that a more private, personalized approach allows for better outcomes in her clients. Kelley specializes in neurological rehabilitation including, but not limited to visual deficits, Parkinson’s treatment, stroke rehab, and return to driving. Kelley lives with her husband and 2 children in Madison. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, competing in triathlons, and spending time outdoors.

Kielse Cardinio
Administrative Assistant
Kielse is a certified healthcare assistant with a healthcare background. She holds a physical therapy degree from the University Baguio, where she acquired knowledge and skills in various health and wellness domains.
Kielse lives independently and enjoys playing games, watching movies or anime, reading books or manga and travelling.
